３／７（土）、８（日）、９（月）に
HarmonicEarthで
ワークショップをする予定のセーラから、
宇都宮のヨギーのみなさんに
素敵なメッセージが届きました☆



ナマステ、皆さんこんにちは。







私は今、
２ヶ月間を過ごした雪景色の白馬から
海のある鎌倉へちょうど戻るところです。

毎日、
多くの時間を散歩、唄う事、ヨガ、動く瞑想に費やしました。


大自然の温もりの中で旅をし、時間を過ごす体験は、

「生きてる事の実感」と
「私たち人間も自然の一部だと言う事」を

再び、理解させてくれました。


そこで私は、自分のココロとカラダ、
そして魂についての理解と共に、
自分らしさを取り戻しました。


昨日、
私は、樹齢２千年の大木に会い、
中に空いた洞窟の中横たわり、
大木の生命力を感じました。

「やっぱり私は自然が大好き！」




私にとって自然のない生活は、
満たされないのですが、

生徒さん一人一人と繋がり、
見返りを求めず、与え合い、

ヨガを通して私が大自然から受け取った
素晴らしい恵みを皆さんと共有する事は、

私にとって本当に満足できる事なのです。

そして、今回、
健太郎さんから依頼を受け、
Harmonic Earthで
ワークショップとマッサージセッションを
皆さんのためにさせて頂きます。


私は、長い間、
「喘息、アレルギー、腰痛、冷え性、生理痛」に
悩まされてきましたが、
ヨガをする事でそれらの病気を克服する事が出来ました。

ヨガによって、
全てのポシティブなエネルギーに包まれ、
それらを感じて、与える事の幸せを知りました。

私は、
長い間、自分自身のヨガのスタイルを見つけるまで
様々な流派のヨガを学んで来ました。

そして、
辿り着いた呼吸の仕方、動き方、生き方は、
私自身を健康で心地良さへと導きました。


私は、
ワークショップを通して、
生徒さん一人一人が練習している
ヨガの流派や生活スタイルを尊重しながら、
皆さん自身のヨガを見つけ出すための
秘密をご紹介したいと考えております。

私は、
皆さんが毎日の生活にヨガを取り入れ、
いつでもどこでも出来るようになって頂きたいのです。

ヨガと共に、自然と共に生きる事は、
「内なる調和」を創る事であると同時に、


それは、
「調和された地球」つまり、Harmonic Earthという事なのです。



ワークショップの内容は、シンプルだけど、チャレンジングに！
楽しいけど、奥深く！！

誰でも参加できて、要らない物を捨てて、
新たな自分と出会う物になるでしょう。

ワークショップの前後、最中にお話しましょう。

そうする事で、
お互い理解し合い、
ワークショップでの体験が深まります。

Namaste everyone.

After two months, I am just about to leave the snowy mountains in Hakuba
and return to my life by the sea in Kamakura. Moving from place to place
and spending time immersed in nature allows me to truly feel alive and
understand that we as humans are a part of nature. In nature I remember my
personal and unique nature and gain an understanding of my body, mind and
spirit. I spend a lot of time walking, singing, practicing yoga and doing
moving meditations in nature. Yesterday I laid in the cavity of a 2000 year
old tree and just felt the life move in her and then transfer into me. Wow!
I love nature.

But for me nature without human interaction is not so fulfilling. I love to
share the amazing insights I receive from nature and my yoga practice with
others. I love to connect person to person. Sharing, mutually giving and
receiving anything that comes from a place of peace and `loving kindness`
is the most fulfilling activity for me. This is why I accepted Kentaro`s
invitation to come and offer my workshops and massage sessions with you at
`Harmonic Earth`. For many years I was very sick with asthma, allergies,
back pain, `hieshyou` and period pain. Practicing yoga allowed me to become
free from all these negative things in my life. Yoga allowed me to really
feel and embrace all the positive things nature has to offer and feel real
happiness.

For many years I practiced many styles of yoga until I finally created my
own style-my natural style. I found a way to breathe, move, and live that
made me healthy and feel great. During my workshops I would like to share
with you the secrets of creating your own style of yoga to `compliment` the
style of yoga you practice currently and the life-style you live now.

I would love to share with you a way to bring yoga into your everyday life
so you can do it anywhere and anytime. `Living Yoga`-`Living Shizen` is
what creates inner harmony and indeed I believe a `Harmonic Earth`. The
workshop content with be simple but challenging, fun but deep. Anyone can
join and I am sure you will be able to take away something and make it your
own. I encourage you to talk with me before, during and after the workshop
so we can really connect and enjoy the experience fully. I speak Japanese
and English so lets communicate in the language you feel most expressive.
